These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Vectis Works. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

The site describes the services Vectis Works provides to manufacturers. None of it is an offer that you can accept. Any engagement is governed by a written agreement signed by both sides, and where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement wins.

We may email professionals whose work relates to the services we provide. If you receive one and want no more, reply to it in any words and we will stop. Our privacy policy explains how we handle that information.

Every board, dashboard, chart and figure shown on this site, or in any sample it links to, uses sample data. None of it reports a client's results, and none of it promises any particular outcome.

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with how it runs, try to reach parts of it or its systems you are not meant to reach, probe or scan it for weaknesses, or copy it with automated tools.

The text, drawings and other content here belong to Vectis Works or to those who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. Rights in anything we build for a client are set by that client's written agreement.

This site links to the contact form on the main Vectis Works website, and it loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Those services run under their own terms and policies, which apply when you use them.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, whether express or implied. Nothing here is professional, engineering, legal or financial advice.

Vectis Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the site is capped at one hundred US dollars.

If you misuse this site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against Vectis Works, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute is settled by binding arbitration held in Nashville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where the law does not permit arbitration.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term does not waive it. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement about the site. When we update the terms, the effective date above changes.
